Optimistic Submissions

The Aestus relay currently accepts optimistic v1 submissions: full block submissions, postponed validation.

Optimistic v2 (separate header submission endpoint followed by full block) and v3 (relay pulls block from builder as needed) are unsupported. See dehydrated submission block deltas for an alternative.

Collateral

Builders will need to supply collateral in a transaction to builder.aestus.eth and must have a recent track record without failed bids.
